The carding machine is a very important part of thermal bonding production, which determines the basic performance of nonwoven fabric. Our thermal bond nonwoven uses a carding machine imported from Germany called “TRUTZSCHLER”. Moreover, we own the longest-width thermal bond machine, the effective width is up to 340cm.
Srilan’s thermal bond nonwoven laminate with melt blown or other filter media normally. We are pursuing higher efficiency in the filtration field while maintaining the lowest resistance. Our non woven can not only be used as a support material but also can maintain high air permeability without affecting the resistance of non woven filter fabric.
Super Composite Performance
Our thermal bond nonwoven can be compounded well with meltblown or other filter media. Their main raw materials are polyester, modified polyester, or polypropylene. Their strength and stiffness are very high. And they can naturally fit with meltblown or other filter media to improve production efficiency.
Our two production bases are located in Hangzhou and Quzhou, Zhejiang, cover an area of more than 30,000 square meters. There are more than 130 employees we have, including 1 Ph.D., 5 graduate students, 5 more than 10 years of industry practitioners.
We have established deeper cooperation with the Research Institute of Refining and Chemical Enterprises, which can be modified at the stage of material synthesis. In the future, it will continue to introduce various new materials.
